As an experienced life-cycle investor, the firm actively pursues Seed, Series A, Series B, and Series C stage investments.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis individual has a unique opportunity to work on the front lines with some of the country's largest healthcare systems and payers at the intersection of innovation and venture. Important to have a passion for healthcare and be a true team player with an analytical outlook. Specific responsibilities include:●Partner with the Managing Partners to drive overall marketing strategyfor the firm●Own the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and budget●Own and execute a coordinated marketing program for LRVHealth ●Be the point person and strategic guide for LRV’s marketing partnersThis individual will also support LRV with the following marketing initiatives:●Website: manage the ongoing maintenance and make content and design changes as appropriate●Social media:build a robust social media strategy in partnership with LRV’s marketing partners and then drive execution across the firm ●Quarterly newsletter: develop the content and own the execution of LRV’s newsletter strategy, including maintaining and expanding the newsletter distribution list, distributing the newsletter, and tracking results●Research process:develop and own the overall strategy for and execution of communicating and distributing LRV’s research assets to all external stakeholders ●Events:drive and manage overall event coordination and process for all LRV events ●PR and speaking bureau / thought leadership: partner with LRV’s PR firm to drive a comprehensive media and speaking bureau strategy for all key firm representatives ●“Healthcare is Hard”podcast:own the process forpublishing monthly HIH podcast episodes in partnership with PR firm
