Office Manager / Events Coordinator (part time)

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support our team and help coordinate events part-time. This is a hybrid role - we are looking for you to be in our Presidio office one day a week, and work remotely one day a week.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Office upkeep: mail and deliveries, snacks and office orders, conference room coordination and maintenance
• Vendor management: contact person for tech support, utilities, cleaners, and security

• Travel coordination: managing team flights/hotels for conferences, a few times a year
• Events support: partnering with our Head of Marketing on planning and coordination for a few events throughout the year

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an office manager
• Relevant administration experience in a venture capital, agency, or business environment
• Detail-oriented and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
• Great at multitasking and time management
• Humble, hungry, and a team player - you excel at just getting stuff done
• Excellent communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Other critical skills: organized, flexible, problem solver, attention to detail, positive, resourceful, emotionally intelligent, trustworthy, collaborative
